The first step on the Path of Presence is simple yet profound:
learning to sit with silence.
Each of us carries a shell — the protective layers of distraction, tension, and striving we’ve built around the heart.
In this six-week journey, we soften the shell without force, meeting what lies within; breath by breath, moment by moment.
The practice
Through breath awareness and guided meditation, you’ll learn to rest in stillness — not as an escape, but as an honest meeting with what is.
We explore how the breath can guide us back home, how silence can hold what words cannot, and how tenderness reveals strength.
The invitation
Each week opens a new doorway into presence:
Opening to silence
Witnessing thoughts without fixing
Meeting sensation with our awareness
Discovering the pauses between breaths
Planting seeds of openness that will unfold through later modules
No previous experience is needed
only a willingness to let stillness reveal itself in its own time.
The circle
We sit together as equals, entering and leaving in silence, honouring the space between.
Each week offers both guidance and time for reflection, with moments to share insight.

Life has a way of throwing the unexpected at us, as such I will be recording condensed versions of the sessions from my home to share with you.
