A gentle, embodied introduction
to stillness, breath, and being
Most of us move through life - slightly braced holding, managing, preparing, staying just ahead of what might be asked of us.
Path of Presence is an invitation to slow down enough to notice that and to discover what happens when the body is allowed to rest back into itself.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s not about achieving a calm state or becoming someone different.
It’s about meeting experience as it is — breath by breath, moment by moment — and allowing presence to become something lived, rather than practised.
What this work is
Path of Presence is a slow, spacious approach to meditation and awareness, grounded in the body and the nervous system.
Rather than using effort or concentration, we explore:
→ how safety is felt rather than thought
→ how the body unwinds naturally when it isn’t being managed
→ how stillness can emerge without being forced
→ how presence begins to show up in everyday life
The emphasis is always on allowing, not doing.
What this work is not
This is not:
→ a self-improvement programme
→ a technique-heavy meditation course
→ a performance-based practice
→ a place where you’re expected to get it right
There’s nothing to achieve here, and nothing you can fail at.
The shape of the journey
Path of Presence begins with a six-week introductory journey.
Over these weeks, we gently explore:
→ arriving safely in the body
→ learning to receive rather than push
→ allowing experience to complete itself
→ meeting stillness and non-response
→ integrating presence into daily life
The pace is intentional.
Nothing is rushed.
Space is left for things to land in their own time.
For those who feel drawn to continue, can open naturally into a year-long exploration — with no expectation to do so.
Who this is for
This work tends to resonate with people who:
→ feel constantly “on” or subtly braced
→ are drawn to stillness but tired of striving
→ want a grounded, embodied approach rather than something abstract
→ value depth, simplicity, and honesty
→ are curious about living with more ease and less effort
No prior meditation experience is needed.
How this work is held
Path of Presence is offered in two containers:
→ online, held from your own space
→ in person, held in a shared physical space
The work itself is the same.
Only the container differs.
You’re invited to choose the way that feels most supportive for you.
A final note
You don’t need to be certain.
You don’t need to be ready.
You only need to notice whether something in you feels quietly drawn.
"If it feels like a quiet yes, start here."
