Path of
Presence

In-person

Bronleigh House, Neath

A six-week, small-group introduction to presence, held in a shared physical space

A gentle, embodied introduction to stillness, breath, and being

Path of Presence — In Person offers the same foundational journey,
held in a calm, grounded room with others.

This version is designed for those who feel supported by shared physical presence,
gentle structure, and the simplicity of arriving together.

There is no expectation to speak, share, or perform in any way.

What this in-person journey is

This is a six-week introductory meditation journey, grounded in the body and the nervous system.

Rather than using effort or technique, we explore:

→ how safety is felt rather than thought

→ how the body softens when it isn’t being managed

→ how stillness emerges without being forced

→ how presence begins to live beyond formal meditation

The emphasis is always on allowing, not doing.

How the space is held

Each session is held gently and deliberately.

The space is shaped to support:

→ unhurried arrival

→ physical comfort

→ quiet shared presence

→ optional breaks

→ minimal instruction

There is no requirement to speak or share.
You’re welcome to arrive, sit, and leave quietly.

The shape of the six weeks

The journey unfolds slowly and intentionally:

→ Week 1 — Safety & Arrival
Learning to arrive in the body without force.

→ Week 2 — Receiving
Allowing experience to come to you, rather than trying to manage it.

→ Week 3 — Integration
A rest week. No session. Space for things to settle.

→ Week 4 — Letting Go
Exploring natural release without pushing or emptying.

→ Week 5 — Non-Response
Meeting stillness and impulses without acting on them.

→ Week 6 — Integration & Closure
Gently bringing presence into everyday life.

Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is layered too quickly.

Who this is for

This in-person journey may suit you if:

→ you feel supported by being in a shared space

→ you value structure without pressure

→ you prefer embodied, room-based experiences

→ you’re curious about presence but wary of performance

→ you want something simple, grounded, and human

No prior meditation experience is required.

What to expect on the day

Very little is asked of you.

→ comfortable seating will be provided

→ you may sit or lie down

→  you’re free to step outside or move if needed

You don’t need to bring anything special.

Relationship to the online journey

The in-person and online versions share the same foundation.

The difference is not depth, but container.

→ in-person offers shared physical presence

→ online offers privacy and flexibility

Neither is better.
They simply meet different needs.

A quiet invitation

You don’t need to know what you’re doing.
You don’t need to feel confident.

If something in you feels drawn to sit in a room
and allow experience to unfold gently,
you’re welcome to join us.

"If it feels like a quiet yes, start here."

Life has a way of throwing the unexpected at us, as such I will be recording condensed versions of the sessions from my home to share with you.

Feedback from previous courses

Rob's  patience and calmness was very good for my wellbeing, being in a calm environment.

It was beneficial for me in these troubled times.

See you in the new year for another course.

Kind Regards
