A six-week, audio-led introduction to presence,
held gently from your own space
Path of Presence Online offers the same foundational journey, held in a quieter, more private container.
This version is designed for those who prefer to explore presence at their own pace, in their own environment, without the need to show up anywhere or perform for others.
There is nothing you need to prepare, achieve, or understand in advance.
What this online journey is
This is a six-week introductory meditation journey, grounded in the body and the nervous system.
Rather than using techniques or effort, we explore:
→ how safety is felt rather than decided
→ how the body softens when it isn’t being managed
→ how stillness emerges naturally
→ how presence begins to live beyond formal meditation
The emphasis is always on allowing, not doing.
How it’s delivered
This online journey is audio-first by design, with a small number of short video recordings used for orientation and closure.
Some practices are offered as audio-only, intentionally removing visual input so the body can settle more easily.
You’ll receive:
→ 3 guided meditations per week
→ a mix of audio and short video recordings
→ access to the full journey for the duration of the course
There are no live calls, no group sharing, and no pressure to keep up.
The shape of the six weeks
The journey unfolds slowly and deliberately:
→ Week 1 — Safety & Arrival
Learning to arrive in the body without force.
→ Week 2 — Receiving
Allowing experience to come to you, rather than trying to manage it.
→ Week 3 — Integration
A rest week. No new recordings. Space for things to settle.
→ Week 4 — Letting Go
Exploring natural release without pushing or emptying.
→ Week 5 — Non-Response
Meeting stillness and impulses without acting on them.
→ Week 6 — Integration & Closure
Bringing presence gently into everyday life.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is stacked on top of anything else.
Who this is for
This online journey may suit you if:
→ you feel subtly braced or constantly “on”
→ you’re drawn to meditation but tired of striving
→ you prefer privacy and self-paced exploration
→ you want something grounded rather than abstract
→ you value simplicity and depth over technique
No prior meditation experience is required.
What you’ll need
Very little.
→ a quiet place to sit or lie down
→ a chair, cushion, or floor
→ a willingness to go slowly
You don’t need special equipment, experience, or discipline.
Relationship to the in-person journey
The online and in-person versions share the same foundation.
The difference is not depth, but container.
→ online offers privacy and flexibility
→ in-person offers shared physical presence
Neither is better.
They simply meet different needs.
