Feedback From Recent Sound Baths
I went to my first sound bath last night and loved it!
The sound and vibrations of the music felt as though they were playing inside my head as well as all around me: it was an intense and positive experience.
Rob is lovely with a gentle energy and I felt very relaxed afterwards - I booked my next class as soon as I got home!

I am finding that the soundbaths have a profound effect on me, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I can feel the sound and vibrations deep within in body and afterwards feel that something has "shifted".
Plus, I always sleep exceptionally well afterwards!

Last night I went to the sound bath in Caerphilly miners. It was beautiful!The vibrations from the music was so powerful, I could feel them washing through different parts of my body.
It felt to me that the energy from the vibrations worked through tension in me, afterwards I stretched and felt my shoulders and hips click to relieve and release a build up of tension that was stuck in my body.
Then I had the deepest sleep, feeling totally well rested.
Looking forward to going to these more!

Just attended the sound bath at Caerphilly Miners, absolutely delightful.
So relaxing and actually nodded off at one point.

I have attended every soundbath so far at Bronleigh.
That hour provides a perfect escape from the daily chaos and a feeling of being able to completely relax in a safe and welcoming space.
Rob has a special talent in creating such a wonderful immersive soundscape and has a genuinely special aura. An experience I absolutely, wholly, completely recommend.

Just been to my 4th sound bath at Yma in Pontypridd.
Each time I find myself relaxing more and more as I take a journey through the sounds of amazing instruments, voice and silence!
Finding a comfortable way to lie for an hour was key for me, pillows, blankets etc Now, I can focus completely on my 'intention' for the session.
