In Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, Neath, Caerphilly, Pontypridd and Carmarthen.
Most are on a weekday evening and last an hour.

What happens in the hour
You do not have to do anything. There is no sharing, nothing to learn beforehand and nothing to get right. If you want to leave at any point, you can.
You lie down, or sit in a chair if you would rather. For about an hour, Rob plays gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and voice, moving slowly around the room so the sound reaches you from different places.
What is provided, and what to bring
Mats are provided at Insole Court in Cardiff, Bronleigh House in Neath and the Miners Centre in Caerphilly. The Intimate sessions at Bronleigh House have zero-gravity chairs rather than mats.
At the larger rooms — Brangwyn Hall in Swansea, Nolton Parish Hall in Bridgend, YMA in Pontypridd and Llanddarog Village Hall — there are a few spare mats, so bring your own if you can.
Either way, bring a blanket and a cushion or pillow, and wear something warm. Lying still for an hour, most people get cold.
What it costs
£14 if you book before the 1st of the month your session falls in, and £18 after that. The Intimate sessions at Bronleigh House in Neath are £33 — a smaller room and a different format.
