Are you experiencing a loss of connection to your inner self? Yes...?

We are all exhausted having abandoned ourselves and our needs - with too much to do and no space for just being 'me'.

Honouring yourself and your needs; this is your time and space, to put down pain and stress, to feel at peace and rest.

This event at Caerphilly Miners Centre, invites you to journey inward through the transformative power of sacred sound.

Inhale deeply... Exhale completely... Lay back, and just Be.

Bathe in the calming vibrations of the symphonic gong, crystal singing bowls, Koshi bells and other instruments, expertly played to create a harmonious and immersive soundscape.

This event is beneficial for those seeking:

  • Deep relaxation

  • Relief from stress/anxiety

  • Improved sleep

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Enhanced creativity and focus

  • A deeper connection to their inner self

Suitable for beginners, ages 12+

*Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for your comfort.

What is meant by "concession"? We offer a limited number of discounted or concession tickets per event to allow those with low or no income to attend. This includes - but it not limited to - students, people who are unemployed or in receipt of benefits and pensioners. These tickets are reserved for those who need them, so please be discerning if this ticket option is for you.

Where do you do sound baths? Currently we host sound baths at a number of venues across South and West Wales; The Miners in Caerphilly, Insole Court in Llandaff, The Temple of Peace in Cathays, The Temple of Light in Ystradgynlais, Bronleigh House in Neath, YMa in Pontypridd, Nolton Hall in Bridgend and Brangwyn Hall in Swansea.

Can children come to your sound baths? We welcome young people from the age of 12+ providing they are able to lay on the floor comfortably and quietly for the duration of the sound bath.

I bought a ticket and now I can't attend. Can I get a refund? Please see our cancellation policy page.

What do I need to bring to a sound bath? We recommend you bring a yoga mat (although we have a few spare), pillow and a blanket. Although not essential some people like to cover their eyes with an eye mask/pillow.

I’m running late, can I still come in? Sound baths run for one hour and we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to find a spot and settle into the space. The doors will be closed promptly at the start time so please respect the silent space and do not attempt to enter once the sound bath has started.

I often fall asleep when deeply relaxed and have a tendency to snore, is that ok? A sound bath requires your relaxed attention. It is not an opportunity to have a nap although this often happens, especially in the Winter. Whilst it is ok to sleep during a sound bath, if you start adding your own sound effects we will give you a little pinch on the toe to wake you so as not to disturb other bathers. If this continues, you will be asked to sit up.
