The Insole Court Story
The Insole family story mirrors Cardiff’s rise and decline during the Victorian and Edwardian eras. The Insoles were pioneering coal-shippers and mine-owners, railwaymen and docksmen during the three generations of Welsh Steam Coal’s dominance of world industry.
The family reached the height of its prosperity in the late 19th Century having acquired large land holdings, central to which was their home, which survives in Llandaff, on the outskirts of Cardiff.

I went to my first sound bath last night and loved it!
The sound and vibrations of the music felt as though they were playing inside my head as well as all around me: it was an intense and positive experience. Rob is lovely with a gentle energy and I felt very relaxed afterwards - I booked my next class as soon as I got home.
Thought I would give a Sound Bath a go as heard it was a good method to relax. Armed with my blanket, pillow and yoga mat I really didn't know what to expect.
The sounds and vibrations were very relaxing allowing me to drift off into a state of calmness. I definitely fell asleep at points. Great session looking forward to next month, an hour of total escape from the outside world.
