Session Timings, Length & Flow
A typical session lasts 60 minutes. An immersive sound journey using gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. Each session aligns with your retreat’s intentions, offering a profound opportunity for integration, deep healing & stronge group connection.
