We need time and space to rest and digest

together, in community.

Bathe in a sacred symphony of gongs, bowls, bells and other instruments, expertly played to create a harmonious and immersive soundscape. 

Are you experiencing pain, stress or overwhelm...? We all seem to be exhausted and on a never ending treadmill. An hour with us is an opportunity to put everything down; leave thoughts about the past and fears about the future at the door.

Honouring yourself and your needs; this is your time and space 

to put down pain and stress, to feel at peace, and rest.

Come with an open mind and an intention to relax. Lay down comfortably, inhale deeply, exhale completely, and allow everything to be as it is.
