You don't need to know how to relax.

You don't need to quiet your mind.

You don't need any previous experience.

There is nothing to achieve.

For an hour, you can simply lie down, wrapped in a blanket, and allow everything else to wait.

Some people drift into deep rest.

Some simply enjoy having nowhere else to be.

There is no right way to experience it.

Just come exactly as you are.

Please bring something comfortable to lie on, along with a blanket and pillow for your comfort.

Suitable for beginners and anyone aged 12+.

A small number of community-supported spaces are available for those who need them.
