I’m really happy to be offering this free community sound bath at St. Theodore’s Youth Hall in Port Talbot.
This session is being offered completely free of charge as the first sound bath I’ll be holding in this space, and I’d genuinely love for people to come along, experience it, and help me begin building a calm, welcoming community here.
The session will include a gentle guided arrival followed by an immersive sound bath using gongs, crystal singing bowls and other grounding instruments designed to support deep rest, nervous system settling, stillness and reconnection.
No experience is needed at all.
You do not need to know how to meditate.
You do not need to “do” anything.
You’re simply invited to come as you are.
Please bring something comfortable to lie on, along with a blanket and pillow if you’d like to feel extra cosy during the session.
