On April 24th Becky & I will be hosting a day long retreat in the Bannau Brecheiniog with views overlooking Pen y Fan and Corn Ddu.

We come together for this fully immersive day exploring different healing practices to promote rest and relaxation, self-awareness and a deep restoration 💫
