Free 30-Minute Sound Bath – Today at Caerphilly Miners Centre Take a peaceful pause and immerse yourself in a 30-minute sound bath experience, offered freely as part of today’s Wellbeing Fayre.
This deeply relaxing session will guide you into stillness using the gentle tones of gongs, crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and chimes. Allow the sounds to wash over you, soothe your nervous system, and bring you back to yourself.
No experience needed—just come as you are. Mats and blankets are provided, or feel free to bring your own for added comfort.
